Let’s Get to Know Each Other
We are a small Shopify agency based in Bucharest, Romania. We offer a range of Shopify services, including custom app development, Shopify Flow development, and various theme modifications.
Our team has extensive experience developing software—from small applications to enterprise-level solutions. For larger projects, we employ strategies such as microservices architecture, enabling us to manage high workloads and scale systems efficiently.
When developing custom apps, we rely on the Shopify Starter Kit, which includes:
• Remix for app development
• Polaris as our UI component library
• Prisma paired with PostgreSQL for database management
• Linux and Docker for deployment
• Grafana for monitoring
We also use additional technologies as needed, but these are our core tools.
We have broad experience in developing custom Shopify apps, including solutions that:
• Retrieve data from Shopify and send it to hardware devices such as cash registers and barcode printers
• Import data feeds via API, FTP, or email from vendors, updating your Shopify store accordingly (for example, syncing stock levels)
• Integrate with external services, including AI-powered tools for generating product descriptions and images
• Create Shopify Flows to help store owners automate their operations

1. Document Your Requirements: Begin by writing down all your requirements.
2. Prioritize: If you’re just starting out or have a limited budget, split your list into “must-haves” and “nice-to-haves.” Remember, every feature requires time—and more time means higher costs.
3. Define Your Goals: For larger projects, clearly outline what you want to achieve.
4. Agile Development: We work with an agile methodology, delivering features in two-week sprints. At the end of each sprint, we provide a demo and discuss the roadmap for the following period.
Any additional requirements introduced after the project has started will incur extra charges. Please ensure that all your requirements are clearly documented upfront. Our estimates are based solely on what is written down—after all, “what is not on paper does not exist.”
We can help! In many cases, we collaborate with our clients to document their requirements. With our expertise, we can guide you toward the best solution for your needs.
We’re sorry to hear that. Based on our discussion, you should now have a clear understanding of your needs, which you can share with another agency if necessary. Keep in mind that our initial consultation is designed to reduce costs by streamlining the process—it’s an investment in your project. Alternatively, you might consider reducing your requirements to focus on the features that deliver the most value.
Every software project is an investment. One way to assess value is to calculate the return on investment (ROI) by comparing labor cost savings against development and maintenance expenses. For example:
• Scenario:
• A worker spends 4 hours per week on a task, with a gross hourly cost of 15 €.
• Monthly Cost: 4 hours × 15 € × 4 weeks = 240 €
• Yearly Cost: 240 € × 12 = 2,880 €
• Our Offer:
• Development cost: 1,000 €
• Maintenance: 30 €/month (360 €/year)
• Additional support: 10 hours per year (approximately 500 €)
• Calculation:
• Savings: 2,880 € – (360 € + 500 €) = 2,020 €
• ROI: 2,020 € / 1,000 € ≈ 2.02 in the first year
Over multiple years, the ROI increases as the initial development cost remains fixed. This example can help you prioritize which requirements are most valuable to your company.
Yes. We rigorously test your app with a dedicated QA engineer and offer 5 business days of support to fix any bugs that may have been overlooked. Please note that this warranty covers only bug fixes and does not include additional features or enhancements.
Absolutely. We offer several types of post-development support:
• Managed Hosting: We host your app on our servers, continuously monitor its performance, and store logs for debugging.
• Support Packages: We offer a predetermined number of support hours for bug fixes and improvements.
• On-Demand Support: Support is also available on an hourly basis as needed.
The final cost depends on the number of hours required, at a rate of 50 € per hour. Typically, custom app development projects start at around 500 €.
• Hosting: Approximately 30 € per month (subject to change based on app complexity).
• Custom Support: A minimum of 4 hours per month is required for dedicated support.
• On-Demand: Billed according to the actual hours needed.
While you are free to choose the option that best suits your needs, customers with prepaid support packages receive priority over those who opt for on-demand support.
For long-term projects, it’s essential to plan the necessary resources. We recommend reserving a dedicated developer—or a portion thereof—from our team. Without such an arrangement, we cannot guarantee resource availability when you need it.
If your project falls outside our core expertise, we will respectfully decline. However, if we have related experience but are not entirely certain about the project’s success, we can allocate 4 to 10 hours to develop a proof of concept. This demonstration, which is billed to your company, will show you our capability to handle your project.
We ask about your budget to ensure that we can deliver an app that meets your needs within your financial constraints—especially for smaller shops. This upfront discussion saves time by preventing unnecessary discussions if we’re unable to meet your requirements. Additionally, knowing your budget helps us tailor a solution that may, for example, simplify certain features to reduce both development time and costs.
We believe our pricing is fair. While our rates may not be as low as those found in some other regions due to differences in development costs and tax obligations, we are confident in our excellent quality-to-cost ratio. Our estimates are based solely on the time required to develop your project—not on the potential value the finished app may bring to your company.
