Context |
The client operates a functional PrestaShop store and wished to migrate all products to Shopify. |
Challenge |
Manually migrating thousands of products would be extremely time-consuming and prone to errors. |
Solution |
We created a migration script that transfers products from PrestaShop to Shopify. Due to differences in data storage formats between the two platforms—such as multiple images per product variant in PrestaShop versus a single image in Shopify—the migration could not be 100% automated. |
