The ERP system’s intermittent offline status led to inventory issues—resulting in products that couldn’t be delivered on time and additional costs from transferring items between the physical store and warehouse. |
Solution |
We analyzed the problem and recommended a change in the ERP solution. Our team delivered an application that bridges communication between Shopify and Datecs. The client opted for the Shopify POS solution, which, unfortunately, lacks support for cash registers in Romania—an essential requirement under local legislation. Our software receives real-time orders from Shopify POS and forwards them to a Datecs cash register. |
